Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Lead to oversee and optimize key aspects of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, shipping logistics, and inventory management. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products are made efficiently, shipped accurately, and stocked effectively.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Oversee and coordinate all manufacturing activities to maintain product quality and meet production deadlines

  • Manage shipping operations, including order fulfillment, packaging, and carrier coordination

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, perform regular audits, and monitor stock levels

  • Identify and implement process improvements across operations to drive efficiency and reduce costs

  • Collaborate with other departments to align production and logistics with business goals

  • Lead and supervise a small team, ensuring clarity in roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Proven experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, or related field

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

  • Ability to learn  inventory and shipping software/systems

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
